Thanks for the screenshot provided and sorry to hear that uncompleted shrines became uninteractable and disappeared from the world map.
I've tried to check your save, however I keep getting message "You need access" therefore would you be so kind to upload your latest save directly to the cloud?
Also would be useful if you could record a short video of the issue, upload it to any hosting of your choice and share the link with us so we can investigate this further.
