This buff automatically grants an additional 25% Fame for all activities

I've seen one single other report so far. We don't see any widespread issues at the moment - so my best (somewhat amateurish) guess at the moment is "ISP routing issue" that, hopefully, should fix itself shortly.

If you haven't done so already, please fill out this form and people with more technical expertise than me will look at it at a higher level.
