Season 14 Wrapup

November saw the start of the first guild season since the Lands Awakened update brought far-reaching changes to Guild Warfare such as Headquarters Hideouts, Energy Crystals, Power Cores, and Might and Favor. As this tumultuous season came to an end, IAMNIUBI were declared season winners, with Elevate finishing second and Judicate third.

Known Issues after Season 14 --UPDATED 2/25 18:00 UTC--

Hello everyone!


After the end of Season 14, some issues came up that we've been hard at work looking into. The Hotfix on February the 22nd has addressed the following issues:
  • Hideout Boosters earned during Season 14 have now been received
  • Season 15 Conqueror's Challenge UI is now displaying correctly
  • Events Schedules on outlands objectives is now updated
We are still looking into the following 2 issues:
  • Players not receiving their conqueror's challenge rewards
  • players not receiving the correct avatar ring according to their guild's season rank
We are making progress and hope to deploy a fix soon that will address the remaining issues.
This post will keep you updated as soon as there is more information.

Lands Awakened Hotfix 5.2

Fixes
  • Corrected an issue where Hideout Boosters earned during Season 14 were not received
  • Fixed issues with the Season 15 Conqueror's Challenge UI not displaying correctly
  • Further fixes will be deployed soon to address the issues with missing Conqueror's Challenge rewards and Avatar Ring rewards for ranking guilds
NOTE: This hotfix includes a new game client for PC users. Other platforms will download a softpatch on the existing client. For PC users unable to download the new client, the old client remains compatible.

Adjustment to the Alliance Cap Test on February 26th

Dear players,

Last week we announced a test we wanted to run on limiting Alliance size on February 26th. Then, on Friday, information leaked regarding changes to this test we were considering.

We deeply regret our approach to the communication and handling of this matter. We should have taken more time to evaluate the expected outcome of this test before making an announcement. For this, we would like to apologize.

The reason we're now announcing an adjustment to the test is that a hard cap on alliances size would trigger a “purge” of a lot of players from their existing guilds and alliances, cutting them off from their in-game friends and destroying their daily gameplay routines. A cap of 300 would not only have hit the top 4 power blocks, but also a very large number of more casual guilds and alliances. The resulting purge would have affected gatherers, traders and more casual players the most and would have done permanent damage to the game.

Known Issue: Conqueror's challenge seasonal rewards and avatar borders

Hello everyone!

We have received a lot of reports about 2 issues:

  1. Players are missing their conqueror's challenge seasonal rewards
  2. Players received the wrong avatar ring if they swapped guilds this season


Please know that we are aware of the problem and are currently looking into it.
