Regarding payments in Russian Rubles

Hello everyone,

Our payment processor has temporarily halted processing of payments in Russian Rubles. That means that purchases from within the native client and our website are not possible in that currency anymore, and you will receive an error message if you attempt to do so.
We unfortunately have no influence over this as it is, and also do not have an ETA for when payments in Russian Rubles will be possible again through this gateway.

In the meantime, you can still use the mobile clients and Google Play Store or Apple Appstore purchases.

Season 14 Wrapup

November saw the start of the first guild season since the Lands Awakened update brought far-reaching changes to Guild Warfare such as Headquarters Hideouts, Energy Crystals, Power Cores, and Might and Favor. As this tumultuous season came to an end, IAMNIUBI were declared season winners, with Elevate finishing second and Judicate third.

Known Issues after Season 14 --UPDATED 2/25 18:00 UTC--

Hello everyone!


After the end of Season 14, some issues came up that we've been hard at work looking into. The Hotfix on February the 22nd has addressed the following issues:
  • Hideout Boosters earned during Season 14 have now been received
  • Season 15 Conqueror's Challenge UI is now displaying correctly
  • Events Schedules on outlands objectives is now updated
We are still looking into the following 2 issues:
  • Players not receiving their conqueror's challenge rewards
  • players not receiving the correct avatar ring according to their guild's season rank
We are making progress and hope to deploy a fix soon that will address the remaining issues.
