I am trying to get the World Peace achievement, and as you can see below I have an alliance with all factions. Is the achievement bugged or am I missing a step? This screenshot is taken several minutes (at x3 speed) after forming an alliance with the last factions.

The team are looking into this issue but are struggling to reproduce it.
Do you have a save file available from just before you were able to establish peace with all of the AIs so we can pass it onto them to investigate?
