This login suspension should have been lifted automatically by this point. If you are still having login issues please open a live chat from the support website and we'll look into it. If you click "unable to access your account" on the login screen you can open a live chat with one of our agents without logging in. Thanks!

- MSINFO and DXDIAG system files

- The engine.ini file located in: Documents\Anno 1800\config

- The affected save file(s)

Hey! Thanks for getting back in touch, I wanted to give you an update.

Our testing team were able to reproduce this issue and our devs have been looking into it ever since.

I don't have a date at this time but I expect this to be resolved very soon. Please keep your eyes open for future patch notes
