This login suspension should have been lifted automatically by this point. If you are still having login issues please open a live chat from the support website and we'll look into it. This issue remains under investigation, and to aid the development team, the following resources are being requested from affected players:

- MSINFO and DXDIAG system files

- The engine.ini file located in: Documents\Anno 1800\config

- The affected save file(s)

Our testing team were able to reproduce this issue and our devs have been looking into it ever since.
