Read the link, could not tell if the quest bug was fixed or not, seemed it has not been fixed. Try to deliver an item, and it is not accepted. Very frustrating to get it there and watch the timer go out and have the influence decrease. This has happened on old world map alone and on picking something up on old world map and delivering it to new world....
