Since you just factory reset your laptop you'll want to make sure all your drivers are updated. Your video card driver can use a new update which can be easily done with the GeForce Experience. It also looks like you could upgrade to Windows 10 build 1809. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.

It's likely the outdated video card driver causing those black boxes on your screen. Let us know what happens!
