Ive got removed from ranked matches 5 times for doing nothing and now i got a 2 day ban. As this only happens for some peoples they should get a compensation as they are banned for around 3-7 days (72-190 hours) and thats a long time for doing nothing just playing their game. Ubisoft you need to understand that people who plays this game everyday needs a compensation as they havent done anything.

Hey @vxrii, I am extremely sorry for the trouble you have been running into when playing ranked matches in Rainbow Six Siege. These penalties are issued server-side by an automated system and cannot be overturned, I'm afraid. I will relay this feedback with our team to further review, but to check into what has been happening during your matches, could you tell us if you have been receiving any error code after being removed from any of your games? If so, could you share with a screenshot of the error and if its the same code every time this has happened? Also, please let us know if you are on PC or console and if on console, let us know if you are on next-gen when playing Rainbow Six SIege. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to let us know! Thank you!

I'm afraid we are unable to review any account actions on the forums.

 

Any appeals will need to be sent up to our Terms of Service team for review using these steps.

 

If they've completed multiple reviews and have not removed the ban, that is not something we'll be able to change either, sorry.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @Jordancb1234 

 

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
