I could take the corporate approach and just smile and pat everyone on the back but it isn't authentic to me.

@max72061 Dollie is updating the community. Managing the community and making sure they get info is my job - not delivering every message.
The team is working through an issue on Steam/Epic that will hopefully be resolved soon.
They are also looking into some instability with some Playstation players who have received the update.
