@samullrich File a ticket. That's how you talk to a GM.
@samullrich That is the only recourse at the moment (filing a ticket for Customer Service). These are the only people that give things back that you might have lost in-game.

@JasonLizotte4 Yep, we're looking for a way to reliably reproduce this bug. None of our QA are able to at the moment.
@mariekni88 We do listen to feedback.. hearing and acting on feedback is different. My ability to act on the things I read is limited. My job is to try and influence the designers to act on them. Sometimes it's successful, sometimes not.
