@BreezyKnifes It means worst case scenario, it will be delayed a day for console.
Console builds will need to re-enter certification. Hoping for an expedited cert process with our console reps.
@vax1s_ Not a bad jab ;)
There are talks to extend the event end time. More to come on this later!
@GilwithaD The event *should* be extended if everything pans out. I am in a discussion about this now.

We're still coordinating with partners on the Summer Bash event launch. I will reply on this thread with updates as I am able. As of right now, the event is still planned for today.
@john09719162 @LawngNose @Rel3ntlessRouge @survivetheark This is life. There will always be people more "privileged" than you. It's about making the most of the cards in your hands - the ones you can play with.
@garxoo @Jade_Playsgames @Joltz_The_Gamer @Patrizstylee ^^^^ I think my track record, however brief, has shown that I'll respond to touchy subjects or hard topics.
@ARKYsan12 Understood. I think some people are misunderstanding this as pointing the finger and I didn't want to start some type of witch hunt.
@ARKYsan12 We're not here to throw people under the bus. I just wanted to inform people of the process.
@1_18_1996 @Rel3ntlessRouge @survivetheark This isn't pawning things off. This is giving you an insight to the intricacies of development and publishing games. Many partners are involved, this isn't a one-person band. We'll own the mistake as ultimately it only falls on us anyway.
@markstain1983 Today
@j_wernecke @Rel3ntlessRouge @survivetheark So we're the only company to have a delay? I'll own up to our mistakes but let's not pretend these mistakes aren't common in development. These things are like a relay with baton passes - sometimes we miss the handoff sometimes it's others.
@tweeterstang @Jordan_Denton_ @Rel3ntlessRouge @survivetheark Absolutely!
@LawngNose @Rel3ntlessRouge @survivetheark Why hold out content that's ready for a platform? Especially when it can prevent issues on console. It's like saying you dont want anyone else to play because your playground isn't ready.
@Rayzr8 Why are you second class citizens? Developing for different devices provides different challenges. I'm still waiting for Android versions of popular iOS apps. The easy answer is, consoles have more limitations and require more work than PC traditionally.
@jdws07 Agreed
@LawngNose @Rel3ntlessRouge @survivetheark Different game, different company, different resources. Every gaming company isn't the same. Some games are harder to develop than others. Imagine a SP game vs a MMO. I could keep going but the answer is that every game company isn't alike neither is every game.
@NathxnK Let me get back to you on this. I'm sure there is a way to do so.
