Similar to how doctors specialize and might not know how to perform an operation from another specialty.

@CaseyEttin @1southst @LowlyEidolon It's odd because on the latest patch myself and QA went on official servers and confirmed drops were OK (barring Ragnarok). We checked the Island, S.E., and the Center. Unsure of what's causing this issue with drops at the moment
