Greetings kleytoncrr2, This can mean that the servers are offline or there is an issue with the authentication. But those issues are generally resolved fairly quickly. If you continue to get this error, you will want to uninstall the Intrepid Launcher, delete all files pertaining to Ashes of Creation, and reinstall the Launcher. If you continue to get the error, please report it in the ... Read more

Greetings shaosaye, The download is available for the entire 5 days of testing through the Intrepid Launcher. Since this is an Alpha Test, we do sometimes release multiple new versions during that 5 day window, meaning you will need to restart the patching to the newest each time. We are sorry but broadband internet is a requirement for the Alpha Two testing.

Greetings Cabesantv, The GTX 1050ti is a 9-year GPU, and is well below our minimum system requirements. While it may pass the DirectX 12 check, in-game performance will be extremely poor.

Greetings mageon, If you have access to play the game, you should have access to post in the forums. If that is not happening, then the forums are likely not getting the message that you should have access to post in the Alpha Two forums. You can try signing out of everything completely and close out all of your browser windows. Then open a new browser, sign in to the Ashes of Creation website and check your ... Read more

Greetings hammerschmitt, If you already have the Second Wave key in your account inventory, your account will be tagged for Alpha Two access by December 20. There is no key code needed. Once that happens, you will be able to download the Launcher from the Ashes of Creation website.

Greetings FrenzyPanda, I am sorry but I cannot read that error message. However, the error indicates that Windows Explorer (Explorer.EXE) is crashing. You will need to resolve whatever issues you have with Windows before you are able to install the game.

Greetings GrapefnNutz, If you are having issues with Norton, you will need to make sure that you have updated to the latest version. If that does not resolve the issue, you will need to configure Norton to allow Ashes of Creation access or disable Norton until they update their libraries.

Greetings, We apologize for the delayed response to your ticket as we have seen a significant increase in ticket volume since the start of Alpha Two. You should now be able to upgrade a Wave bundle to a higher tier. Sign in to your account and visit the Ashes of Creation shop to see the Wave Bundle upgrades.

Greetings wolfhammer, The Wave Bundles will only show in the Ashes of Creation shop if you do not already have a Pre-Order or Kickstarter package. If you do have a previous package, you will want to check your Account inventory to see if you have the Alpha Two item, as that is what will give you access to Alpha Two. If you have a lower-tier package that does not grant Alpha Two, you can upgrade in the shop to a pack that does. Here are the articles that describe what is included with the Pre-Order and Kickstarter packs. ... Read more

Greetings Fantra, Those with Alpha Two access from a pre-order or Kickstarter pack have access for the entirety of Alpha Two. The phases do not have any impact on their access. Only the Wave bundles are gated by their designated start date, which then also runs to the end of Alpha Two. There are more details in the article below. https://support.ashesofcreation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016315013-What-are-the-Alpha-Beta-Release-dates I am closing this thread. Please feel free to make a new post if you have any other questions.
