You absolutely can make a purchase now and upgrade later. When you upgrade a package, you retain all of the items from your first purchase, and then get all of the additional items from the upgraded package (game time, embers, name reservation, and cosmetics).

Hello! Currently, we are not in an open testing phase. We haven't announced a release date for our next texting phase, which will be Alpha Two. You can read more on that here: https://support.ashesofcreation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016315013-What-are-the-Alpha-Beta-Release-dates-

If you'd like to support the game's development, you can purchase a pre-order pack (https://ashesofcreation.com/shop). Just know that if you do that, you won't be able to access Ashes of Creation immediately. You'll need to wait until we announce and then release the next testing phase!

I'm on Samsungs internet browser and I can't see who is staff either.



Thanks for posting that Zahie. I am not sure if there will be a fix for this in the immediate future, but in the meantime, if you toggle to Desktop Site on the Samsung browser, it should display as intended. I know this isn't an ideal solution, but we do appreciate you reporting this issue.

I would like to add this was on Brave mobile browser, I am using safari on my ipad now and I do in fact see Staff tags.



Greeting Reptile, Can I get you to post a screenshot of what you see in the Brave browser? We do have limited flexibility with these forums, but I can certainly pass that along to see if that is something that we can support.

You cannot purchase old cosmetics once they are removed from the store. You can however purchase single cosmetic items that are released after you have purchased a pre-order package. Again it is all explained in the article I linked previously.

So once you purchase a pre-order package that includes a cosmetic item category, and something new is released after your purchase that you like, you can buy that singular item without having to purchase the entire set or another pre-order package.

As Sylvanar mentioned, previous cosmetics packs are no longer available once they have been removed from the store. But the good news is that we release new packs frequently. Keep an eye on our News page and Social Media for new packs as they are released.

There are no plans to allow players to purchase previously available cosmetics. Once they are removed from the shop, they are no longer available for purchase.

The good news is we release new cosmetics frequently. You will want to keep an eye on our News page for updates. We have plans for lots of new and awesome future cosmetics! Something is sure to catch your eye.

If you're unsure about how the game will perform on your machine, and you (understandably) don't want to purchase a testing package (which the next Alpha-2 testing phase date isn't announced yet), I would recommend waiting a while longer when the game is further in development so that you can get a better idea! There are system requirements information available, but being that the game is in an Alpha state, they can be a bit finicky.

If you'd like to grab the cosmetic items individually in the Shop each month, you can purchase them with your local currency using Stripe or Xsolla. Embers will be used to make cosmetic purchases in the in-game shop later down the line!

As you noted as well, cosmetic items are exclusive to the time they're available in the Shop, and once they're gone, they will not be available again in the future.
