@Velofernz It was a sprite I made for the game SCP-087-B (). IIRC the mouth was a slightly modified version of some creepypasta image, the rest just some photoshop work.

@TimTamWolf Looks like it does, since radiation sickness is technically a type of poisoning in the game. I'm not sure if this was intentional or an oversight though, so I'll ask the guys who implemented this change. Thanks for bringing this up!

@Pepperbroni2BTV @BAM_boozler88 I'm afraid that's very unlikely to happen - remaking the whole game and publishing it on consoles would be a huge and expensive project, and you'd never make back the investment due to the Creative Commons license the SCP Foundation is under.

@Euadi2 I'm afraid I can't give an ETA: we're still in the process of designing what exactly the faction/reputation overhaul entails. It's most likely going to be pretty big thing though, with lots of new events, missions and additions to outposts tho, so it's going to take a while.

We've also got a new abyss monster coming up in the next #Barotrauma update 👀
