@DanilShel1 We aren't completely sure how we'll go about that yet, but one option is resetting the talents and giving you back the experience points, so you can re-choose from the new talents.

@DanilShel1 And of course, you can set the tier of the submarine to whatever you want in the submarine editor if you wish to play through the whole campaign on the same sub.
@DanilShel1 There will most likely still be some changes to it. We've at least got some new talents coming up that allow you to upgrade the hull past the normal maximum (making it possible to reach the end on a Tier 2 sub).
@DanilShel1 I think that depends on what you consider serious changes. :) I'd say it's starting to be pretty close to complete: the biggest things still missing are the faction overhaul and the ending. After those, it's mostly going to be balancing and polishing.

@Lethemlgpro They (and the new double coilguns) can only be installed on a large hardpoints. Some of the smaller and cheaper subs might only have normal hardpoints.

@DannysParadox I'm afraid I won't be making any more updates, at least no new content (bugfix patches might still be a possibility). I just don't have the time or motivation for anymore, and looking at the code makes me wish I had a time machine so I could go and punch past me in the face
