It is the Options Control Schemes screen where you remap any of the rest of the actions/buttons in the game

Chapter XP is for Tides of War Chapters.
You can always earn Class XP by playing as your class.

Logged on to do this weeks missions realized you have to play firestorm logged out my god am I glad I got this game for free.
Well, only 4 of the nodes require Firestorm, as indicated in-game and on the above post.
