Oh, it wasn’t in the game. That was locked down to myself and a handful of other people for a majority of its existence. Our UI system allows us to push stuff like that live without any downloads. It’s a coordinated effort.

Can you try reinstalling? It almost sounds like files didn't download/install correctly. Maybe do a hard reset first by unplugging your console for a few seconds. If you're on PC, you can also try repairing the game (and turn off DX12).
