Home of the Wookiees, Kashyyyk was crowned by giant wroshyr trees, rising several hundred meters tall and massive enough to carry entire communities. One such settlement was the coastal city of Kachirho.

As seen in Star Wars™: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith™, a momentous series of events unfolded at this very spot. Here, the Separatist droid army exploited Kachirho’s placement on the beach to launch an assault against the Galactic Republic and the supporting Wookiees. This large-scale skirmish took place during the final moments of the Clone Wars, and where Master Yoda was seen evading Emperor Palpatine’s execution of Order 66.

But Kachirho on Kashyyyk is also home to intense battles in Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II. Below, we’re giving you a guided tour through some of its most contested areas and offering some survival tips as we go.

Remember that these are only a few friendly suggestions! The best way to become a fierce ...

No problem! Checking reddit frequently, but haven't had much time or anything meaningful to contribute with recently :)

Hey there. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/OG-9_homing_spider_droid says that it's 7.32 meters tall. We made it as close to the correct size while maintaining how it looks in the movie (droids can run under it). Remember in movies sometimes different lenses, angles and other things can make things seem a bit off scale :)

Thanks a lot. Super happy that people seem to enjoy the map! The main focus was the 'feeling' of being in a big battle and I think that works pretty well - especially during the sand storm. Phase 1 is not very good in regards to balance though we are looking into that.

Ah, thanks

Hey there. Yea sorry about that. I gave that information but in the end we chose to remove them for launch of the map. There were several reasons for it but one of the main ones was that we use rocket launchers to weaken walkers in other maps - but I just wanted rockets to deal damage. There were some problems communicating this properly in time. This doesn't mean something like it won't come in the future though! However I guess it's not necessarily something people seem to be missing at the moment.

Few cities in the Mid Rim boasted more idyllic appearances than Theed. Sophisticated architecture, gorgeous parks, picturesque waterfronts, and spectacular views of the surrounding grass plains were all to be found and enjoyed in the capital of Naboo.

Nevertheless, the city saw its fair share of violence and battle.

Ten years before the Clone Wars, political turmoil orchestrated by Emperor Palpatine boiled beneath its glimmering façade, and Theed was thrown into siege by the droid armies of the Trade Federation. As depicted in Star...

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have 16 Star Wars™ heroes and villains fighting on the same battlefront, at the same time?

Well, either way, you’ll find out soon!

A few weeks back, we piloted the initiative of in-game special events with the Vehicle Weekend, temporarily reducing the Battle Points needed for vehicles. Moving into October, we’ve done some additional back-end fiddling and twiddling, opening up even more possibilities and Star Wars Battlefront™ II extravaganza!

First introduced to movie-goers in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope™, Tatooine is where humble beginnings have ascended to greatness. Nowhere is that better demonstrated than with Anakin and Luke Skywalker, who both called Tatooine home and went on to form the fate of the galaxy.

No doubt, this desolate desert world is a fascinating place. And today, we’re taking a tour of Mos Eisley, one of the two locations on Tatooine players can visit (the other being Jabba’s Palace) in Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II.
