We don’t have enough resources to fix it right now, so we’ll pick it up in the morning (probably in 7 hours or so). So the best option we had now was to disable her :(
Sorry for the trouble!

Sorry for the trouble!
By the way, since you probably don’t hear it enough, a lot of us love and appreciate everything you guys do to create such an awesome gaming experience for us! Thank you!!!
Hahaha, yeah, it has been quite a year for us I do appreciate all the positive feedback now though! Thanks, man!
Hey Dani, don't you think it's a better idea to make it automatically activate above a teammate that's lagging? Rather than having it has a pin
Interesting! It does require a feature to be done to support that though, but it’s a good idea nonetheless!!
We are working on an awesome one still! Don’t worry!
u/frank_supercell are you watching closely?
Yeah, I'll give myself a raise but I appreciate your contribution. Kkthxbye.

New Brawler
BUSTER
Buster is a tank Brawler who can protect his teammates. He is the projector guy at the Starr Park cinema, where he works with his best buddy, Fang. They both dream about becoming action movie stars! Basic: Lens Flare - Buster shoots a cone of light from his projector, damaging all enemies within range
now the question remains... is it a free pin!?
It’s free :)
Just to add on top of that, I understand both sides. It’s very small, but still, if got this awareness now, just imagine if it was ingame Changing is still the safer option for the game and brand But just wanna let you know that of course we’ll work on an awesome effect still!
oh man... it's an oversight from us, we'll change it,
we'll have Grom's default VFX for the time being in the update until we come up with a new one
Sorry about that!
Any free pins this season? Will come?
Kinda
I never shared my account with anyone
Spongy, we’ve been through this path before… :(
The fact you haven’t shared or is not aware of different logins in your account, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. There’s no reason for support to tell you that if they didn’t believe it might be unsafe to share your personal information to an account which has been possibly breached
I’d recommend checking unusual activities in your email or even asking support if they could help somehow on what to do if your personal information/account got hacked
Also, I understand you had a bad experience with support before, but try to think of the other side of the story (or translate the whole ticket instead of just part of it, haha. Thanks u/kirillin1111 for doing so btw)
Some people will just complain about everything, won't they?
Tbh, if this is the kind of complain we get, it means we did a pretty good job with the update 😅
Hi /u/Frank_Supercell -
I appreciate the report button. I think it has potential. However - what are the assurances and securities that accounts won't be unjustly banned?
As a trivial example, there are matches (in PL especially) where immature, unskilled players will blame their teammates (and now, presumably, report them).
Along the same vein, I and some friends are currently doing Dynamike only pushes in PL - It's not a throw, we're legitimately playing the game to the best of our ability (which is decent - M3 dyna only, other friends have gotten up to L3 dyna only) - but we're concerned about the possibility of getting mass reported by salty teammates (we already get dodges/afk/otherwise throw about once in 5 games).
I'm concerned this will become an "I don't like you" or "we lost therefore I report my entire team" or "you didn't play perfectly therefore report" button. What will the report evaluation/punishmen...
We're still building the systems in place and will likely talk more about details in the future. We need to first build a better understanding on how people are using this and looking at individual cases with human eyes.
Any actions we're taking for the time being is verified by humans. We'll see how much we can realistically automate. 👊🏼
Frank???? What r u doing here? wow i didn't know the devs were here
Ofc we are. We're mostly lurking.
What if a trash random has a kill/death ratio of 0:5 cuz they were legitimately bad at the game and they get a temporary ban?
The idea is that once we outline the most reported ones, then we would be checking replays, so there’ll still be a layer of manual check just to ensure we are not banning someone for lack of skills 😅
lol you ratioed him
I thought that was only a twitter thing
The new brawl talk was awesome
Thank you! (:
FRANK?!
Yes?
We have to think of averages in this situation… of course there’ll be thousands of fake/angry reports, but that should be a constant number However, if someone is really throwing the match or “misbehaving” frequently, that will cause an outlier which will make this player be flagged as a possible legit case, and those will be the ones to be checked We do need this first round of collecting data because we need to know where the line between a normal player and an actual offender is This is of course just the core idea of the feature, the development will be guided by the data we collect in this first version :) And of course, the plan is to automate the whole process as much as we can
