So, a new server eh?

Yup! Rubi-Ka 2019 launches today and is our unique take on a fresh-start experience. Subscribers are invited to start anew with a pure experience - with no expansions, lower level caps, and a untouched economy to begin!

Subscriber-only, right? What does that mean, exactly?

As long an account is subscribed to Anarchy Online, that account can log in and play on the new server. If you have an existing subscription on an account, that account can log in as soon as the server’s online. No extra payments or actions needed!

If you don’t have an active membership now or at any time, that’s fine: as soon as you start or renew a subscription on an account, that account can log into the new server.

Wait, so how do I actually play on RK2019?

You may notice a new dropdown menu on the AO Launcher, next to the Settings button. Simply select “Rubi-Ka 2019” on that menu and start the game up. Th...

Not at the moment, but this has been one of the most requested features.
It’s unfortunately not trivial to implement, I tried to do it on the side but I think I’m going to ask if I can do it officially as a part of our next development sprint because it’s not something that can be done in just a couple of hours.

What would help is if some of you could describe me what would be the ideal process so the whole thing work smoothly.

Let say I manage to detect in the background that there is a new version of the server and/or mods…

• should I just savagely quit and apply the updates?
• should I send some messages on RCon/Discord to...

That can lead to frustration. Frustration is always born out of passion and because people care about something.

Regarding threads closing after 7 days. That is a forum feature and happens automatically if there is no answer in over a week. The wording is also default by the forum software and not chosen specifically by us...

We’re sorry for the frustration this issue is causing. Our team is looking at all the crash reports they have access to and trying to determine if there is a common cause for all of them.

We have released a fix to alleviate this issue in a hotfix on PC (stability issues on server restart). It will be released on consoles soon. We apologize for the frustration these issues might cause

Thrall spawn tables and crafting queues stopping on server restart has been fixed just recently on PC. It will come in a patch for consoles soon.

We are aware of these issues and we have released a patch on PC that improves archer behavior. This patch will be available on consoles in the future.
