By now our team was able to identify that one of the systems that authenticate users on one side failed which caused a hiccup when trying to connect to the game. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep investigating what caused the failure in the first place.

After the 3.1 update we’ve noticed some issues with the grass occlusion so we will be disabling the feature on all official servers.
Please note that this change will only become active after the next server restart.

We will be updating this thread once we re-enable the grass occlusion.

Muted in exile, my developer demons (dev-mons?) at The Outsiders have been hard at work to deliver to a Hell near you the new 1.5 update! Our first content update for Metal: Hellsinger brings a bevy of new stuff for you to sink your hooves in.

A new game difficulty, Archdevil, for those of you who already mastered the challenges of Beast mode. Beware! It’s not for the faint of neck. The headbanging and skill required to master this new difficulty is legendary!

To enhance this new difficulty and your next playthroughs, we’ve also added a bunch of new combos. These should give more options for you Hellsingers to slay the armies of Hell your way ...

The servers will come down for a restart 2022-12-08T14:00:00Z. The downtime is estimated to take 1 hour.

Apologies for the delay in our reply. We asked our team to check the server for connectivity issues or anything that could block players out.

At this time, it seems the server is working as intended and has been receiving players regularly. However, we noticed in another thread a suggestion that might help you. They suggested trying to connect to an Exiled Lands server before heading to Siptah. It’s a long shot and we will continue to investigate what could cause this.
