Thank you all for your reports. Please try to use the Steam option “change accounts”, restart your PC and log in Steam again.

Steam menu > Change account...

This will ensure your Steam connection is refreshed and should mitigate any issues connecting to Funcom services as well.

Thank you for your report. Can you please share your saved file and logs with us?

You can find it by following:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved

It should be the “game” file for Exiled Lands or “dlc_siptah” for Isle of Siptah.

And the logs:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs

Thank you for your report. Have you tried checking the game files?
Please follow the steps to recover any corrupted or missing files:

  1. Open the Xbox app for Windows.
  2. In My Library, select the game title.
  3. Select the More options () button and choose Manage.
  4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.

If the issue still persists, here are some other troubleshooting articles for the Game pass version.

By any chance, the coop match host continued playing without the guest? We are currently investigating an issue when the host gets too far away from the guest, the guest might not be able to join the match anymore. Can you make sure both characters are close by and try again, please?
