The servers will come down for a restart 2022-10-13T13:00:00Z. The downtime is estimated to take 1 hour.
The downtime was to perform some server maintenance to, in part, fix the chat system. Samhain event shenanigans should begin tomorrow morning around 9:00 AM EST.

The servers will come down for extended maintenance 2022-10-12T13:00:00Z. The downtime is estimated to take 3 hours.
This is a known issue with some of the PSN transactions that Funcom is aware of. They are looking into the issue. Please submit a Zendesk ticket for your specific cases.
