Thank you for reaching out. We are aware of this issue and the current workaround is to delete:
Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt will guarantee mods are not loaded. Even if you don’t have mods installed anymore, but had them in the past this file could affect your current experience.

Please let us know if the issue persists after performing the suggested steps.

We’re currently investigating reports of Game Pass players not being able to get the update or not being able to connect to servers after getting the update.
