Thank you for reaching out. We are aware of this issue and the current workaround is to delete:
Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt
will guarantee mods are not loaded. Even if you don’t have mods installed anymore, but had them in the past this file could affect your current experience.
Please let us know if the issue persists after performing the suggested steps.

Heya, was this super recent? It was an issue a couple hours ago but it SHOULD be fixed now. Is it still happening to you currently?
If this is on console, it's most likely due to the armor pieces. There's a bug right now with some invisible assets on consoles that we're getting a patch out for ASAP but swapping the armor to something else should fix it for now.
I am hoping this is the top priority currently?

Heya, unfortunately on consoles some assets are showing invisible. We're working on getting an update out that fixes this ASAP!
We’re currently investigating reports of Game Pass players not being able to get the update or not being able to connect to servers after getting the update.
