  • Which Xbox model do you have?

  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?

  • Is the console stable while playing other demanding games?

In the meantime, here are some steps that might help you. Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following:

  • Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes.

Greetings Exile,

Thank you for your report. Can you please share the MS Info log?

In order to generate an MSInfo file please follow the steps below:
1 - Press Win+R and in the displayed dialog box type “msinfo32”
2 - It should show a new screen called “System information” where underneath it should display “File”, click “File” while “System Summary” is highlighted and then “Export”
3 - Name your file as you see fit and save it to an easy-to-find location
4 - Send that file our way
