Roll-back was done about 4 hours ago. We'll keep investigating what actually happened, but at least things should be back to how it was in the morning (5am EDT) of September 10.
As a final note on this one, we just wanted to assure you this was not a hacking incident. Nobody gained unauthorized access to the server databases.
The downtime which impacted the three servers mentioned here was due to a hardware failure in the data centre which took about 24 hours to correct. Following that, the servers were unfortunately started up with the wrong game database.
This resulted in these servers having identical and - as observed - rather annoying content. We restored each server to its correct database about 9 hours ago. We apologise for the disruption, the loss of Friday morning's progress and of the weekend's game time. Steps have been taken to ensure this won't happen again.
As a side note, the structures temporarily mirrored onto your servers violated the ...

In April 2020 we first released our Official Server Rules of Conduct and Guidelines overhaul, with a more detailed and comprehensive set of rules and guidelines for our Official Servers. With the release and adoption of our Zendesk platform a few months later, we’ve been able to focus and streamline the enforcement of our rules and our processes.
With that in mind, we’ve been working on an update to our Official Servers Terms and Conducts to make them clearer to understand, more comprehensive and aiming to cover the majority of situations where the previous ruleset would prove ineffective, cause confusion or omit possible infractions.
On September 27, 2021, we will start enforcing these updated rules on our Official Servers. Until then and i...

Hey @Todaystheday
Thanks for the observation. We’ve poked our UI team so they can look into this issue.
These two issues are not solved in 2.5.2.
You can see the list of changes coming in 2.5.2 on the PC patchnotes. They are virtually identical for consoles, other than an additional crash fix addressed for the PS4 Japanese version of the game (Conan Outcasts).
We don’t have information we can share yet on when these fixes are to be released.
Hey there,
We’re aware of the admin NPC spawn issue and our team is looking into it.

Thanks.
Hey!
Yes! Finally. This was a tough nut to crack, because we could not reproduce this error in any way. It was thanks to our friends at Spike Chunsoft that we could find the reason. We explained it above, we could not reproduce this error in any of our kits, but it was so obvious to see when playing with the Outcasts version in a Japanese retail PS4 (or PS5).
The error seemed to do with a single corrupted art asset that caused an immediate crash when loaded onto memory. The same asset worked fine for any other version of the game, and in every one of our devkits and retail consoles.
Given the severity and urgency of this fix, we had to assemble a special version of patch 2.5.2 for Conan Outcasts exclusively. It is set to go out as soon as possible, but sadly this will mean that compatibility between Conan Exiles and Conan Outcasts servers will be limited until we release a parity patch. But given the circumstances, it was the lesser evil when trying to get it out ...
