To add, if nothing in the above article helps. Please try a clean reinstallation of Darktide, which involves deleting your AppData (please note you’ll lose any custom settings, keybinds etc. that will need to be redone)

The good news, is that this specific crash has been on our radar, and that it appears to have an internal fix already. So this should be resolved in upcoming updates.

However, between those and your comment wishing to ideally return all Psyker cosmetics… I’ve been able to refund the following for you!

• All Psyker purchases made within the past 30 days (we’re only able to refund within a 30 day period)
• Blaze Force Sword (Shrineguard Cerulean)
• Commando Kravlenko Veteran cosmetics

10,900 Aquilas have been returned to your available balance

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to restore operatives currently due to limitations in our backend. This is something our developers are aware of and are working on.

Though, what I can do for you is level up a new Veteran, however this would be without any previous equipment as once it’s deleted we’re unable to retrieve this data.

If this is of interest to you, please create a new Veteran character and proceed to the Mourningstar hub. Once done, please let me know and I can do the rest from there!
