This is an offline only problem that unfortunately was introduced with the hotfix. We needed the hotfix out ASAP for console so the patch didn't get the amount of testing it usually does. This is fixed internally and we'll have a patch out later this week. I'm sorry for the inconvenience

This sounds a bit odd, but could you try disabling ‘Portrait Rendering’ via the ‘Settings’ → ‘Interface’ menu and see if that reduces the rate at which you error?
