For players with long loading times, we recommend changing the DNS. On the Xbox this can be done via General Settings → Network Settings → Advanced Settings → DNS Settings - ‘Manual’
The DNS you decide to change to is up to you - there are multiple DNS providers available, such as Google DNS, Cloudflare, and so on. This is purely personal preference.
Our Backend Engineer is actively looking in to this issue, but we understand some players have been able to work around this by changing their DNS.
If you’d like to try changing your DNS, an example DNS is Cloudflare (Set up 1.1.1.1 on Windows · Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 docs) but there are multiple DNS providers available should you prefer to choose another one.

Are you running Linux?
We need more information since we can't reproduce it in house. It might be a problem with the drivers for certain mice or a problem with the dashboard version. We've tried several mice and keyboards and they all seem to work just fine for us
