Challenges, achievements and perks related around the basement currently seem to be experiencing issues. This has been reported already.

It's pretty simple, in an online game such as this when you leave a match, you're ruining that match for the 4 other players who do want to play. Disconnecting is not something that's part of the game and as such is unwanted behaviour and is actively discouraged.

If you've made an in-game report (this is mandatory), then please send additional evidence to Support. For cheating/hacking etc that would need to be in the form of video evidence.

Sorry to refute your narrative, but it also affects Survivors with basement challenges/achievements as well. Also, nobody said that in a stream, ever. Please do not go around spreading misinformation in that manner.

Issues with the basement have been reported and forwarded to the QA team, there have been many bug reports received on this on the Official Forum.

There is no method that's allowed to block other players. It's not something that we wish to have implemented into the game.

BT even has written on the Perk description - "within the killers terror radius". And as Insidious removes terror radius, the perk is not designed to activate, same for killers with natural stealth abilities such as crouched Piggy, ghostface etc

We're not publicly released a date yet.

The only platforms that currently have cross progression are Steam & Stadia, with Switch joining shortly. We do not know if cross progression will ever be added for any other platform, we are aware that it's a community wish, but we have no guarantees that it will happen...sorry.
