You're not meant to be guaranteed an escape with wiggling, it's there so that you won't end up in the basement each time and that your team can get involved to prevent the hooking. There's perks to help you with this, same as there's perks to help the killer with hooking. As a survivor, getting out from the killers grasp is often a team effort.
I am presuming you mean a Disconnect Penalty timeout or a temporary ban as there is no Game Ban showing on your profile.
If you were disconnected from the game, it could have been caused by a game crash or loss of connection - please check your internet connection and/or any error messages you received.
If you received a temporary ban - there would have been a ban message on screen with the reason of the ban.
