Rank (Grade) Reset has changed, as it will now reward playtime in the game - so you get a BP reward for the highest rank you reached in a season. Everyone gets set back to the same place, but as this isn't used for matchmaking purposes it doesn't make matches easier or more difficult.

No, everyone will be reset to the lowest Grade under the new system.

This is not a bug as far as I'm aware. Please report the player in the End Game report system and send any additional evidence to Support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new You will know which player it is, as it will be the Survivor that was not showing in game.
