In this case, if they had done nothing at all (if they never got crows, they were intentionally moving around to avoid them), then this would possibly fall under holding the game hostage due to the duration of them not doing anything at all. It is for the MMR. That way there doesn't need to be a whole patch to implement MMR.

If you have reason to report something that happened in game, please use the in-game report system and send your video evidence to Support.

We do not police other platforms other than our own for obvious reasons.

Is using macro to stand in place and swinging AFK whole game bannable?
