I am on the narrative team, not the music team just for clarification. And yeah- during closing for the game we sit with the composers/music team and go through each of the tracks, listening closely, and then discussing and deciding on names based on all sorts of stuff like the tone and feel of each piece, and how it fits into the game’s narrative, etc.

As we finished naming the tracks for this release, which involved hearing some items in full and some in part back to back- It was clear to me yet again just how incredible the whole music team really is, and how amazing Michael and Skye are as composers. I may work for the studio, but I genuinely believe that team is the best in the biz. Destiny’s music has moved and stuck with me and sooo many others time and again in ways most other game music has not. And it doesn’t hurt that they are hard working, collaborative, truly good people. That team deserves all the praise.

I noticed an issue with the Toland Patrols while farming them for Cipher Decoders a couple weeks back, and I figure you're probably the perfect person to bring it up to.

Sometimes when picking up the Toland patrol, he would not spawn and we wouldn't be able to interact with him to finish it, so we'd abandon it after a couple of minutes. It didn't happen every time, of course.

I don't know if there's some internal cooldown (My clan mate and I did Toland Patrols exclusively) but my clannie and I thought maybe someone else in the instance interacted with him or was doing another Toland Patrol in the same area so he wouldn't spawn.

Obviously I have no idea, and have no recording of it happening, but figured I'd let the man himself know. Thanks man!

I've made note and when I return to the office I'll poke folks about this as it sounds like those patrols may have a few issues. Thanks for the report!

A part of me misses the narrative, but these are now the quickest patrols to do.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Dreaming City ones are the same, but the travel time between pickup and destination will be higher.

Are you saying the dialogue doesn't play at all or just that the patrol completes at the start and you have the choice to stick around and listen or run off? If the former that definitely sounds like a bug and I can go poke people about it!

Hey all, I want to note that these systemic changes affect patrols on *all* planets (e.g. collect patrols on EDZ, Nessus, etc. can also be completed in any bubble) though we're aware the strings still name a specific bubble. Our design mentality has also shifted as many have noticed (more heavily favor kill patrols, etc.) and this shift is only reflected in the new content (Europa/Cosmo). Glad you're enjoying the update and we look forward to hearing more feedback!

That is most certainly a start. But the main thing that bothers me is how You still have to pay for Shadowkeep/Forsaken, yet the base gear from them is Capped. What I hope to see in the future is the Sunsetting undone for the moon/Dreaming city gear at the very least.

The feedback on Shadowkeep and Forsaken rewards being power capped is something the team is aware of. Appreciate the feedback on this, we will keep passing it along.

I definitely want to set expectations here: some things will indeed come faster, but others may still take larger amounts of time to develop. We planned for a few quick patches around the launch window, and some of the changes that came were easier to develop than others.

The team is always eager to get patches out as quickly as possible, but some future changes/fixes may still take a few weeks or longer to get out.

This is the same story on all three characters. I'm new to the game and loving it, its a great time. look great runs great. Gun play awesome. Never getting Exotics game breaking for me. If one character had it I would not be here, but I have none.

I've gotten over the fact Its going to take a lot longer to reach cap than it could of due to the lack of prime engram drops, that's fine. But hitting level cap and never being able to farm a god roll exotic or any exotic in general is a killer. BIG time!! I may be speaking for myself here but its no good man.

Thanks a lot for the reply before, any any future help on the matter. I understand u guys are going to be really busy with the fresh launch etc. Please make some time to fix this Please...
