Did you do the "workaround" a while back? If so, you're going to have to uninstall/reinstall.

True. Depends on which workaround you did. Either way, just don't do workarounds ever please haha.

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know we're continuing to work hard on getting everything back up as quickly as possible. We're actively making a few adjustments so there may be periods where you're able to log in, but will let everyone know when we have a rough estimate of when the issues will be fully resolved.

No, no it's not resolved.



As mentioned in the post, it's going to take a little time for everyone to be able to log back in since everyone is logging in all at once. If you're running into issues, please keep trying.

Hey there @fry-flour, I am sorry to hear that you cannot log in to Rainbow Six Extraction. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch and share that image. Could you please first go through this technical troubleshooting article for me ensuring you have completed all of the steps? These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for performance-related issues. I understand you have already performed several actions to try and remedy the issue such as updating your graphics card driver, but we must cover everything in the article first.

Once you have completed those steps, and if you continue to experience problems, can you please provide some additional information for me:

  1. Have you received any error messages? If so, what exactly does the error message/s state?
  2. Does the game crash at all? If so, what does the crash look like (for example, do you receive a black screen crash to the desktop? Does it freeze? etc..)
  3. Could you let me know what your system specifications are?
  4. If you have tried launching the game through Steam but you are stuck, could you please try launching it through Ubisoft Connect instead? Or vice versa?

You can log in to your account at profile.ea.com to check your ID. The ID for the account you're posting with is Bombir. If that is the account you're playing Apex on, your Steam account should also be Bombir.
