Thank you all for taking the time to report this issue. We wanted to let you know that we are looking into this and it should be fixed in an upcoming incremental patch.

I just ran into this bug today, can you please advise if/when it will be fixed, thank you :)

Should be fixed in the next incremental patch, September 8th.

It's not in the next incremental on the 8th. We haven't implemented a fix to test yet, so it'll be at least a few weeks.

I have received 2 additional Ouroboros crates without an E-Mail today after succesfully dropping and opening 2 crates last weekend (with a confirmation E-Mail).

So I think the crates have been delivered twice.

I play on PC-EU

Same here, got 3 extra crates today (PC-EU).

Okay to open them?

Could you and @sirmaxelotb16_ESO send me your UserID please so we can take a look?

Hey all, we're currently working on a fix for this but you should still be able to travel to it from your collections menu or by walking in the front door.

If for some reason neither of these options allow you to access the house please let us know. If it gives you an error message or if you can provide video of it happening please send that along too so we can troubleshoot further.

Thanks again for your patience, everyone. We just fixed this issue so you should now receive the Ouroboros Crate in-game when you receive a notification email about earning a Twitch Drop. For anyone that did not get crates from the past week but did receive the email, we'll be sending these out starting tomorrow.

Update: We have made some adjustments on the back end which have so far shown some improvements (looking at PC EU prime time feedback). Please feel free to continue to provide feedback regarding your experiences in Dungeons and Trials.
