To be clear, was this occurring on the PTS or PC Live servers?

Wir sind bei den Wartungsarbeiten auf ein technisches Problem gestoßen, dass die Arbeiten für den europäischen Megaserver hinauszögert.
Der nordamerikanische Megaserver wird in Kürze wieder für Spieler geöffnet.
Der europäische Megaserver bleibt zunächst geschlossen, während wir uns dort um die aufgetretenen Probleme kümmern.

Die Wartung des EU-Servers wird bis 19 Uhr deutscher Zeit verlängert.
Wir informieren euch, sobald wie Genaueres wissen.

It is weird for them to post the extension two hours prior to the estimated 10am deadline -- I assume they expect the servers to be down well past 10am EST? Hopeful they will be kind enough to give us some info... will it be 11am? Noon? 3pm? 6pm?

If it looks like maintenance will go past 10am EST, we'll post a thread and let everyone know. As of this time, we don't currently have an ETA for completion but should have more information soon.

Hey all, just confirming that we are aware this is an issue and are still working on a fix. If you're having difficulty finding her in an instance you can also trying porting to a friend or guildmate who can see her. That should get you in the correct instance to spend your Event Tickets.

Thanks all, we're looking into these reports on PC NA and PC EU.

She is only missing from certain instances so if you need to spend your event tickets right away try looking for her in another city.

Hey all, we understand that this bug is frustrating, especially after you've been waiting in queue for a while, but we wanted to take this time to clear a few things up.

Unfortunately, not everything can be hotfixed either due to the nature of the problem or because it would require server downtime. Some issues take longer to resolve because they can't be hotfixed or because they need to be tested for longer. (This can be for a variety of reasons, but some examples include the bug being difficult to reproduce or because the fix touches a lot of in-game systems and requires additional testing.) In this case, we are still testing a fix for the problem.
