Keep in mind: the Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity is an inventory item, not a Memento/Tool.



Why is this still the case? Every other event item that gives an event specific boost is a memento and does not take up room in each character's inventory. What is it about Breda's Mug, Pie of Misrule, etc that they can be mementos but Scroll of Pelinal cannot? All of these provide event specific buffs that appear in your buf...

The Elder Scrolls Online v8.1.2 activates a new event to test – Heroes of High Isle. In addition to several fixes for the Lost Depths dungeons, we’ve made numerous adjustments to Damage and Healing over Time ability standards, class abilities and other skill lines, item sets, and more. We’ve also copied all PC EU characters in this patch, which is approximately 522MB in size. We appreciate all the feedback everyone has taken the time to provide thus far – please continue to let us know your thoughts after testing out the changes in this latest patch.

Hi everyone,

We have just completed a hotfix on all realms that included the following:
[list][*] Fixed an issue where some players had an excess amount of Champion Points upon logging in after a Champion Points reset. (Excess Champion Points were not permanent.)
[*] Fixed an issue where Collector's Edition mail was not properly appearing in the in-game mailbox for some players.[/list]

Greetings, everyone. We’d like to update you all on where we are at with the PTS feedback we have seen and our plans of action. Firstly, we would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to go through the changes and hop onto the PTS to get hands-on experience before submitting their feedback. The sheer amount of data and in-game application has helped us tremendously to hone in on the problem spaces that the larger sentiments have pointed out, and has also given us a better idea of how to isolate and tackle those problems. Let’s quickly go over the main themes we would like to improve on.

There are three main issues we would like to address with some targeted adjustments in next week’s PTS patch. These mainly pertain to Damage and Healing over Time effects, as we’ve found those have been the focus of the majority of conversations between all types of players. HI All, the team is aware of this issue and a fix will be available for testing in PTS3 next week. For those with PTS access, please feel free to send us feedback on the fix next week as well.

Also personal note: Thanks for all the pings and sorry I couldn't get to this sooner. I get so many that sometimes I miss a few. Always continue to ping as I'll eventually see them.
