Sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing Odyssey.

When you open the game launcher, click on Options > Validate Game Files. This will validate and re-acquire any missing game components.

It is not possible to use the Steam install of the game with Epic. If you wish to play from both Steam and Epic, you'd need to have 2 installs of the game.

You should be able to find EG union and collect your bounty in any system where they have a presence.
