There are currently no trial keys available. We are currently not handing out keys unless they are to be used for raffles, competitions and/or giveaways by our staff.

I suggest keeping an eye out for the raffles and/or giveaways to get a chance to win one, otherwise there is no other way to get a trial key at this time.

We have received similar reports regarding this issue, please follow the steps below to fix the issue:

- Logout from the Launcher, restart your computer, then log back in.
- Launch the game using the Battlestate Games Launcher which is found in the Battlestate Games Folder.
- Run the game as an Administrator.
- Exempt the game to your antivirus/firewall.

If the steps above were unsuccessful, reinstall Battlestate Games Launcher then try it again.

Have you tried playing other games? Did you experience the same issue? There different factors to consider in order to determine the cause of this. It maybe that:

- Your graphics card driver is not up to date.
- Corrupted driver software (reinstall from scratch)
- There is a chance you have an overheating issue.

Try to check if your graphics card driver is updated. If yes, try to install a different graphics card driver version. In addition, try to install an application that can monitor the temperature of your hardware and check to see which one emits the highest when playing Escape From Tarkov.

 

You might also want to Google this issue since you can find different ideas related to your system (regardless of the game). Start with: "Monitors randomly shut down while playing a game"

As stated when we released patch 0.12.7.8334, for problems with stocks: we recommend to remove mods that might interfere with folding the stock (AK sight, rubber on the stock, etc.)

I understand the Middle East is very big so I am unsure if the issue is for your region or the majority of Middle Eastern players. For others in the region, is this an issue for you guys? (We are also checking with our emissaries now). 

 

And what country are you from?

Why would you use xsolla if your not going to use its receipts and not use a transaction company with receipts that you can use.

The account recovery procedure includes identifying you as the account owner. To do this, you are asked to provide information that only you have access to. One of such information is a check from your payment system.

Xsolla is needed to make a payment, not to identify you.

Could you report this using the launcher, please? 

 

The best immediate fix for you would also be to take actions to lower your ping such as playing in a closer server, more stable internet, etc. I know most cases it would be out of your control though.
