No, I’m the switch. I restart it and the same thing happens.

Unlink the wrong account from the Epic Games Store! Go to there on your desktop, and from your settings, unlink your switch. Next time you boot your switch, it will ask you to sign into EGS again. Sign in with the right one! :)

You've accidentally made a new Epic ID when you were signing into your Xbox first. What you need to do is log into the Epic Games Store with your ID you made, and unlink it from your Xbox and your PS.
Then go to PS first, and launch the game. It will ask you again to make an account. Sign up to Epic using that. If you still don't have your cosmetics after that, just pop Support a note - but linking your main account first will make it easier for them to fix it :)
This is a bug that we're looking into - super weird! Do the inputs work as they should, and is it purely visual for you?

For the biggest issue, that has resolved about 80% of problems. We have had some issues outside of that with players accidentally making new Epic IDs, and similar things like that - which Support are able to clearly see and resolve on their side :)

Both on PC and Switch I'm getting kicked out of games, sometimes because of "inactivity" and sometimes because of "unstable internet".
I checked and my Internet is as usual and I never get connection problems on other online games like Fortnite for example.
I got to play till the end of the game very few times.
Also when it's searching for players, it finds them and most of the time the game just doesn't start after the countdown. It just starts searching for players all over again.
This is definitely an issue in that case - could you take a few minutes to pop Support a note? Include as much details as possible - the above was really good, but also make sure to add your Epic Account ID!
