Okay - so a few things. You can first of all contact our Supportteam but also try this:

Log into Epic Games on your PC and sign into your PlayStation account through it - you may be able to link your PS info to Epic using your computer. If you can do that, then you can sign into your Epic Games ID and it may sync your old PS data.

I haven't tried that specifically before, but based on my experience with EGS, it may work!

Trophy progression between PS4 to PS5 and PC to PS is being investigated - article from Support can be seen here. We hope to have a solution soon. I am sorry that you're experiencing it!

By no means did Fall Guy cause this. The last game played was No Mans Sky when I shut off my PS4 from my controller, I am saying this to ensure you that again Fall Guys did not cause this!!! But because I can’t afford to fix my current PS4 or buy a new PS5 (upgrading time!!!!) I am just going to have to wait.

So with that being said that can’t access my old account from my PS4. Eventually I will get back on when I get a PS5 though…eventually

Aw sorry to hear about the PlayStation regardless! Glad we didn't break it though!

When you last played your PlayStation, did Fall Guys have Epic linked accounts yet?

Don't worry let's talk through it!

So your PS4 is no longer operational (I assume due to Fall Guys?) and so you can't log into that account right now?

The progress not loading may actually be due to the PS issue earlier but, more widespread than we first thought. That is currently slowly resolving.

Ah, so you don't have your old cosmetics? This may be the same issue we are investigating. To be safe, I recommend contacting out Support team and including your Epic ID: https://support.fallguys.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I believe that if you log into Epic on your PC with the incorrect account, you can unlink Switch, and then when you go to log into Switch again it should ask you for a fresh Epic ID! Let me know if those steps work for you. This happened to me on PS and that is how I sorted it from memory.

Just to clarify for me:

  • You are a player who played before the new season (and launched the game since it was released in Summer 2020)

  • You have opened your updated game

  • You have your previous cosmetics

  • You do not have the legacy rewards

Is that correct?
