Hey there, a few things you can currently check:
- Is your support ticket still open?
- If it is, follow up with the last response you received but don't spam or send multiple responses.
- If it isn't, you can open a new support ticket and detail the situation.
A support team member is the only person who'd be able to help with your account currently.
