Hey all, this response is not meant to be a true workaround and we are not expecting players to use it like one.

Our Bug Reporter tool is still in open beta, and this does not actually indicate that we believe that this issue has a workaround/fix.

The “Verified by Ubi” mark is now removed. Thank you!

Sorry to hear that you are unable to connect to Epic Launcher.

This error code doesn't appear to be one of ours, rather it seems to related to the Epic Launcher itself.

Epic does have a Support Guide on this error code I'd advise you look at to see if any steps there resolve your issue.

If the issue persists, I'd advise reaching out to Epic Support for further assistance.
