Fortnite iOS players updating to iOS 14 Description

Fortnite iOS players updating to iOS 14 may lose access to Fortnite. If the message “Temporarily Remove Apps to Install the Software Update?” is accepted, it may result in Fortnite being deleted. Fortnite cannot later be reinstalled due to Apple preventing users from doing so.

**Update (January 10) ** We’re in the process of granting 1,000 V-Bucks to impacted Fortnite Crew subscribers. Along w/ the 1,000 V-Bucks grant, impacted subscribers are receiving a 500 V-Bucks bonus.

If you haven’t received your V-Bucks or see an error message, we’re still completing the process.

Please note: if you’re subscribed to Fortnite Crew on Xbox and seeing an “Unable to claim recurring rewards” error while playing on other platforms, please log back into the game on Xbox to resolve the error message.

Original Update We’re investigating an issue in which Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their subscription in January.

Crew members who renew automatically will continue to be subscribed, but their V-Bucks will be delayed as we work on a fix.

Description We’re aware some players on Xbox are reporting not receiving content after resubscribing to Fortnite Crew.

Additionally, some players who get charged for 2 months and ask for a refund for 1 month have their Fortnite Crew content removed from their account entirely.

We’re investigating reports that PlayStation players are experiencing issues when they attempt to “Rejoin” Fortnite Crew after a failed renewal payment occurred.

Update (January 8, 2021) Fortnite Crew subscribers on Samsung devices were delivered their items shortly after this issue was identified, swiftly resolving the issue.

Update (December 14, 2020) Our teams are still actively investigating the issue that’s affecting purchases on Samsung devices. We continue to attempt to reproduce this error on our end, and to help our investigation efforts, we are adding additional logging capabilities to our 15.10 update, which should help us get more granular information as to what might be happening.

We will be making sure that all items are rightfully delivered, along with an additional make-good compensation once we are positive the problem is sorted.

Description You may see errors when making a Fortnite Crew purchase on Samsung devices in the Samsung Galaxy Store. We are aware of this issue and are investigating the error message “0xfffffc15.”

With the release of this patch, for the “120 FPS Mode” option to appear in Fortnite on PS5, please make sure “Performance Mode” is enabled in your console settings (Save Data and Game/App Settings > Game Presets > Performance Mode).

For players who prefer 4K over 120 FPS, please make sure “Performance Mode” isn’t enabled in your PS5 console settings.
