In your particular case @ecross I’ve checked your account and I can see that PVP battles were played before your post on this thread, and also before your seals were claimed.

Seeing as it was literally only a couple of battles, I assume that this perhaps slipped your mind.

Please note that All starry pets were released in-game at the same time.

And yes, this is a purely visual issue, which can happen with the collection lists!

I was originally focused on this week and last week but ended up going back over previous weeks as well to be sure and found that week 5 and 7 looked to have the same restrictions so I dug into it more.

Currently pre-determined region restrictions are being used which were hand generated. This will last until the week ending 5/03/2024. After that, the server will randomly generate the restrictions for all regions (except Central Spire), using the same seed (the seed will regularly change) for each player, so that all players have the same restrictions as each other each week.

The way the PVP restrictions are chosen may change again in future updates.

I apologise for saying it was random before - this was the information I had from the design, which is intended to be random as mentioned above. I have told the team that this is exactly the sort of thing we need to know and they’ve let me know they will do their best to provide that level of detail in future if som...

This is what I’ve been listening to yesterday/today. Might go something a bit more lively this arvo.

The restrictions are random so they can be the same back to back. I’ve given the team feedback that it would be better if they rotated less randomly. I’ll re-raise it.

EDIT: Turns out I reported this to the team before Christmas and there is a fix already in the next update, game version 7.4.

Holiday brain just yeeted all memory of this entire discussion with the programmers from my memory.

Hey, oof, that’s not great.

When did that start happening?
Do you get any error messages? If so, what do they say?
Does it crash you back to the PS5 home screen? Or does the game reload?

We did have some issues with game server lag/performance on Playstation around weekly reset today but it should already be cleared up now so let me know if it continues as well.

Hey @LummoxJR I’m sorry you’re still encountering this, I know how frustrated you are at this point.

Bear with me, I have to ask because it’s my job, but I know it’s frustrating to be asked more questions, so I’m sorry:

• Which model is the iPad?
• Have you gone into the game settings and selected “Download all assets” and the art is still missing?
• Did you end up reinstalling the game on the iPad after the main set of missing graphics issues we had where the fix required the reinstall?
