I am just checking about it crashing on the pre-battle screen as I wasn’t aware the crash was happening there too, hopefully it is solved by the same fix, but I will find out.

Just a reminder that at today’s weekly reset the event and content schedule for Switch will be the same as all the other platforms!

In roughly 35 days we will send a global mail containing some goodies for you to use to collect some of the catch up content.

Please note that Rewards from Campaigns that haven’t run on Switch won’t be available until next week! We will post to let you know once that Campaign content has been released.

Hi Adventurers,

We’ve made a couple of changes to PVP in response to some of your feedback:

• Players over level 1,500 will now receive more Victory Points when choosing lower level opponents
  • Players over level 1,500 will now be considered as exactly level 1,500 when the attacker chooses an opponent who is lower level than them.

For example, if a player is level 1,700 and they choose a level 1,600 opponent, both players will be considered level 1,500 so the attacker’s Victory Points won’t be as reduced for fighting a lower level player.

• There was an issue where PVP defense teams weren’t as up-to-date as we all expected. This has been changed so each player’s defense team will be their most recently used PVP attack team in the region you’re fighting against them.

Note: You may still see some old teams until you either refresh your opponents with Gems or until after daily reset.

As previously mentioned several times, this isn’t a bug, you need to reinstall to receive the fix that everyone else has already received.

If you don’t reinstall to receive the fix, we cannot help you with missing graphics any further.

Agreed, this is the feedback we plan to action.

This was a community request we plan to implement. Some players do want to be able to test their defense teams. If you don’t want to you don’t have to.

If this is too much work etc, if you could just let me know which game mode it happened in and what team you were using that would be great as it will help us narrow the specific cause down.

This issue was discovered before release by our QA process. But it was not possible to fix it before releasing the update.

The achievements will be released on Xbox as soon as possible.

This may be related to a bug which is fixed in the hot fix we have coming soon. The hotfix is currently in QA testing and as soon as it’s passed testing we’ll release it.

I will double check with the team though to ensure this is the same bug and not something new.
