@GEMSFan2 I looked into what you said about your account being suspended. The forum software picked you up as a spammer due to how quickly you sent the post and it blocked your account (not banned, your account was just marked as not trusted). I can fix that up for you if you like but as you’re posting ok on this new account now I can leave it? up to you. Screenshot to show what I mean:

Hey all,

I’ve followed up with the team and we’ve straightened this out.

Originally, it was intended that the Pets from Legends Reborn events be available 4-5 weeks after the event ends. However, there was an issue that meant that the Pets would be available immediately. This bug wasn’t considered a high priority so we left it in and let you all know the Pets would be available immediately.

As we all know now, they aren’t available immediately.

It turns out, one of the programmers read that it wasn’t intended and during our bug-fixing period for the Legends Reborn update, they very helpfully grabbed this one along with some other bugs and fixed it. As it was more of a tools issue being fixed before the live update, there was some miscommunication and we hadn’t realised it was fixed so the Pets would be available after 4-5 weeks, rather than immediately.

We’re sorry for miscommunicating about the release date of the Legends Reborn Pets into the Pet ...

Hello!

This is a little sneak peek, we have updated the background art because the old one was a bit off but this is in preparation for the next Legends Reborn event, coming in the next few months - so keep your eyes out!

A little bit more of a teaser is part of that update we will also be reworking the storyline (Tyri is staying!) and reworking since underpowered Troops from that Kingdom.

We have had some similar reports of this issue, can I just confirm what resolution you are currently playing your games in? And I’ll add it to the report.

@Jerog are you playing a custom screen resolution?

I had the same issue you just showed with a custom size, but I have changed my resolution to one of the standard resolution in-game and it has since resolved itself.

@covertmuffin123 is correct, the game now requires the animation to resolve before you can open another door.
Just to prevent multiple doors from being clicked in quick succession, which was causing some issues.

I’ll edit that line in the patch notes to clarify this!

Hey @gow

What device are you playing on? And is it stuck in portrait mode so the game is really small?

I just loaded up on my Pixel and it is displaying in landscape mode.

Update: If you haven’t already, force close and relaunch Gems of War. The Games menu is now accessible again.

Also Arena and Treasure Hunt via Hero Pass was linked to the Game tab being broken it seems.

We will be sending global compensation mail out to accounts shortly!
